The torrent contains the patch for CLIP Studio Paint EX v4.2.0 and one optional exe for a different startup screen. You can get the v4.2.0 installer from [here](https://vd.clipstudio.net/clipcontent/paint/app/420/CSP_420w_setup.exe).
Sakura(patch developer) changed the patching method to discourage sellers.
* Copy all the contents from "Main Patch" to "C:Program FilesCELSYSCLIP STUDIO 1.5CLIP STUDIO PAINT" or wherever you installed it, and overwrite the CLIPStudioPaint.exe.
* Open CLIPStudioPaint.exe and enter the password mentioned below when prompted.

* After CSP starts, make sure to have both of the data collection toggled off.
* Optional: Replace the same CLIPStudioPaint.exe from "Optional Patch" for a different startup screen.
Are the text files necessary for the patch?
Sakura says Yes. Modifying or deleting them would break the patch.
