Agitprop play published in 1935. Elia Kazan appeared in the

first production. It's a series of vignettes showing why people

should organise. Radical in its time, not only for what was

said, but also for how it was said. Now can seem trite and

strident. But it does make the point, and, if nothing else,

the play is interesting for the seed that it appears to have

planted in Samuel Backett's mind.
