This is a four DVD set from renowned hypnotherapist and hypnosis teacher Gil Boyne. During the ~4 hours contained herein, Boyne teaches all of the major components of understanding and utilizing trance states for self improvement. As one of the all time masters of hypnosis, Gil Boyne has a colorful and highly regarded history of effective therapy as well as teaching. I have been a hypnotherapist for almost 5 years now, and must say that Mr. Boyne's overall approach is among my favorites. He is highly skilled at both performing hypnosis and explaining it. This series of videos, which is something like 30 years old, is still one of the best produced pieces I've seen. Very well thought out camera angles and recording styles make the series helpful and informative to anyone (with any level of hypnosis knowledge).
