Un fuorilegge sta per essere impiccato, quando il rito viene interrotto
dall'arrivo di uno strano e gigantesco insetto.
E' solamente l'inizio di quella che sembra un'invasione aliena di mostri in pieno west...
Il genere western, ormai relegato nel dimenticatoio fatta eccezione per qualche interessante pellicola,
trova nuova linfa amalgamato con altri generi.
Dopo i diversi film usciti o in fase di distribuzione con l'approccio all'horror,
è giunta l'ora di un bel monster-sci-fi-movie.
Si tratta di un film per la tv, quindi dubito che vedremo molte scene sanguinolente o gore.
Il regista ha alle spalle un bel pò di produzioni seriali, quindi dovrebbe conoscere il mestiere.
Tra i protagonisti qualcuno si ricorderà di James Masters,
che impersonava il vampiro Spike nelle serie tv Buffy e Angel.
