If you need help organizing and cataloging you stamp collection, then Stamp Collector may be the software for you. Stamp Collector makes it easy to browse through and view your stamps. A full list of your stamp collection is shown on the main screen. As you browse through and select different stamps the data fields and a picture of the stamp is shown. You can then add or edit information on the stamp. Supported fields include stamp name, condition, issue number, country, location, value, grade, category, etc. Each field can be customized to fit your collection. For example, if you want the field ?location? to say ?Book #?, you can quickly make the change and all the places in the software and the printouts will now say ?Book #? for that field. The graphic can be a picture of anything you want, but is usually used for a .jpg or .gif of the stamp. If you want to enter longer text for a stamp, you can use the History or Details sections which are large text fields. Here you can enter descriptions of the condition of the stamp or perhaps where you purchased the stamp or even the history or background. Other features included in Stamp Collector software are integrated help; exporting the stamp data to .csv files for use in other programs or spreadsheets; printable reports sorted on various data; copy stamp; undo; and a search of your stamp database.
