A Ruler for Windows is an on-screen pixel ruler for your computer. It will give you your choice between a rich woodgrain ruler, or by pressing a button, a clear transparent plastic ruler. With a ruler for Windows, you can use your screen normally while layering one or more rulers over of your work. As you pass through the transparent ruler you can even continue your input on it. Special 2x, 3x, 4x and modes, you can take a snapshot of your entire screen and zoom, so you can measure between very fine points more easily. The ruler can be scaled horizontally or vertically, to change an exact length or size by the desired length. Ticks can be placed on each long side which you prefer. You can click near a tick to have a measuring line automatically drawn at an exact location. The [?] Select button, you can learn about several other features and functions.
