Builders of Greece is the next installment of the city builder strategy series developed by Strategy Labs. The production is inspired by classic productions of the genre, such as Pharaoh or Zeus.
Builders of Greece is based on the same assumptions as other parts of the series. The overall goal of the game is simple - to build a functioning city while maintaining its financial liquidity. To achieve this, it is necessary to take care of issues such as food production, acquisition and processing of raw materials and technological development.
Some of the goods produced will be consumed by residents. Excess resources can also be sold to neighbors. Additionally, if the player maintains good relations with other cities (e.g. by fulfilling their requests or sending messengers to them), he will be able to purchase the missing goods from them.
For the city to function, it is necessary to ensure the satisfaction of its inhabitants. This can be achieved by providing them with access to food, gameplay and luxury goods. The game also features a religion system. The player's task is to keep the gods happy. For this purpose, the player must build a place of worship.
Builders of Greece, like other parts of the series, was created in Unreal Engine 4. This resulted in detailed, three-dimensional graphics.
