The plot is basically The Last House On the Left, but with two girls traveling home from Austria to Italy for Christmas, instead of going on vacation, and the psycho family replaced by two thugs and a nyphomaniac who joins them on the train. A lot of it is the same, though, down to one of the bad guys being hooked on heroin, man, that ubiquitous 70s sign that things have gotten out of hand, and the villains ending up as guests at the parents' house. Still, it's well executed and pretty tense, as well as having some pretty gnarly rape stuff.
This is a quite good looking and clean remaster, with good color and contrast, showcasing the very nice cinematography. Both the Italian stereo and the English dub sound fine, although, as usual, watch it in Italian. No commentary track or anything, which is a bit of a shame.
