The American group "Ambrose" from the city of Cookeville (Tennessee) was formed in 1970. They adopted a weighted rock'n'roll with country elements and twin lead guitars, reminiscent of "Molly Hatchet". Since their formation, they have regularly performed in concert and have gained resounding popularity in their region. Soon they got a manager Dan Ealey and the geography of their tours immediately expanded. Ambrose began to be invited to Myrtle Beach and Spartanburg (South Carolina), where they were constantly waiting for crowded halls. They became the main band supporting visiting celebrities such as Charlie Daniels, Uriah Heep, The Drifters, Sugarloft, Jim Stafford, Dave Loggins, Barefoot Jerry. One day in 1978, while performing in Nashville, Tennessee, they were noticed by producer Don Cusic and sound engineer Paul Richmond, working for Arc Records, who had worked with Led Zeppelin and Isaac Hayes. Here, with their help, the album “Bust Your Nose” was recorded, which, unfortunately, turned out to be the only one. Soon, after many personnel changes, the group disbanded. In 2009, the band met again in Cookeville (Tennessee) and staged a grand concert.
