Book Tracker Collector?s Edition is an organizer program designed for a book collector or small library. A large number of fields and data can be tracked for each book. These include author, title, edition, location, rating, category or genre, ISBN, value etc. Along with the data fields, there is a larger text section that can have information like reviews, notes, history, etc. Each book can also have a graphic associated with it, like the cover art, for example. When browsing through the list of books, the data fields and the graphic are shown the screen, making it easy to find what you need. The main book list can be sorted by Author or Title. Also, there are tabs above the list in order to make browsing through genre?s or categories easier. Just click on the non-fiction tab and only non-fiction books are shown. This should make it easier for librarians or readers to find books or make a suggestion. Some librarian features are included such as date loaned, date due, etc. so you can track checked out books from a small office or home library. Other nice features of this book collection software include search? to make it easier find books in a larger library or collection; exporting of data to a .csv file, so you can use with other software or library programs; undo changes; and copy book data. You can also print reports sorted by various book fields or librarian fields. Book Tracker can also be customized. The fields can be changed to fit your collection or library better.
