It has web interface with the identical form and functionality on the local and apart computers. Customers watch MPEG-4 coded video and have complete control of the software through network that surveillance computer can be operated without monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached. Program`s modular composition significantly boosts reliability because all units act as autonomous applications. If one component freezes, other components keep on running. For instance if the `record` unit stops working, `watchdog` starts over it immediately that users don`t notice anything because they are watching video through a `playback` unit. The software performs `repeated` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never happens. The recording can be constant or it can be triggered by activity, human face detection, or by timetable.
