Expanded Description: As RPG maker games goes this is decent, doesn't have a lot of content yet. As expected from a patreon game.
You have to judge for yourself if the creator is progressing the game steadily. The character doesn't look as bad it used to in previous versions. The game has been improved a lot from the last update. To give more of a description of the game.
it feels exactly like any other rpg maker game if you have played any other before. You will given a character to control you can speak to npcs to try and develop the story. As the story progress you will get opportunity to do stuff that depending on your choice can get you into interesting situation with your sister which is the whole game named after.
Also you do get to play as the sister on few occasions. And of course there are other females you get to do stuff with.
Unlike many other rpg maker game this one doesn't have combat or anything like that. The story is straight forward you don't really have to do much puzzle or anything like that.
Basically you should get all the scene if you can just move to point A to B. As far as this kind of game goes I think My new Life from Beggar of the NET is way superior and if you like this game please do check that out.
Its hard to gauze games like this because there is an absolute over saturation of incest games for some reason and no matter if you are into the fetish or not around 50% of all adult game out there kind of is incest games so unless you are incest fatigued you should have a decent time with this game. By the way Mia is your older sister. In future updates there probably will be more characters and continuation of the relationship and even more arts and drawing so if you are patient man maybe wait until the game reaches 1.0 state.
