When the body of a dockworker turned bar owner is found floating in the East River, Castle and Beckett's investigation takes them into the forgotten tunnels and passageways of turn-of-the-century New York, where they uncover a secret that's been buried since the days of Prohibition. La tercera temporada de 'Castle' llega a Cuatro tan sólo dos semanas después de su estreno en Estados Unidos el pasado 20 de septiembre. La joven cadena estrenará los nuevos episodios de la ficción protagonizada por Nathan Fillion el 7 de octubre y emitirá un capítulo semanal cada jueves a las 23,00 horas. El inicio de temporada de la serie al otro lado del charco, con Richard Castle entre rejas, cosechó una notable audiencia, por lo que se espera que en nuestro país siga por el mismo camino.
Parece que los tiempos de Richard Castle (Nathan Fillion) como colaborador del Departamento de Homicidios de Nueva York han llegado a su fin. Y es que en la nueva entrega el escritor, lejos de ayudar a los agentes, aparecerá como el principal sospechoso de un brutal crimen. Tras la reconciliación de Castle con su ex mujer y su intención de romper lazos con la policía, éste y Beckett (Stana Katic) han perdido el contacto y llevan varios meses distanciados. Sin embargo, lo que la agente no se imagina es que el reencuentro entre el novelista y la ley será en la escena de un crimen y con Richard empuñando un arma.
